Description of the innovation projectThis system was developed for predictive maintenance and damage detection analysis. The product (HW and SW) is the industrialization of advanced signal processing and treatment techniques (high efficiency analysis). The system is able to analyze residual reliability and predict damages in systems operating in critical environments and conditions; it is designed to dimension, verify and validate structures and systems. In particular it is designed for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), Noise vibration and Harshness (NVH) and non-destructive inspections applications. It has been tested in aeronautics, automotive, naval, industrial and additive manufacturing

Industrial applicationThe system has already been successfully tested in: automotive, naval, energy and industrial. Among the first target sectors we have the aeronautics on which it is possible to perform Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), deep Noise vibration and Harshness, weight saving, non-destructive inspections, fligh tests and fatigue tests. The same analysis can be performed (already tested) to the following sectors: medical, naval, automotive, racing, oil & gas, rail, industrial and additive manufacturing
